I am looking at a home gym because "i dont do gyms". I have space in a spare room for a bit of kit but not sure what to get.

What would people recommend?

If you have got room I would go for a running machine, a cross trainer and a rowing machine.

A concept 2 model E rower would be at the top of my list. The standard in public gyms.

Thanks for the replies, I have been looking at the concept 2s, are they worth the money or am I going to be just as well of as with a cheaper version?

I used to have the set of 5 Arnold Motivation posters in my room... Enjoyment, Intensity, etc.
Now they are in my parents basement waiting for the day I have a home gym.
